After the Event- Carrying the Conversation Forward

We often see this word - LOL in digital conversation means laugh out loud. And the LOL i am talking about today is LOL - Live out loud, bringing the emotion of motivating to tell you: " Hey youngest, be passion! Live like a man!"

LOL event was organized by one of the most popular radio channel - FlyFM. Thanks to more partners includes FACES magazine, QuickSilver, Universal Music Malaysia, Starbucks, Elianto, Tune Talk Mobile Prepaid, Mister Potato, CornToz, Flavettes, Fullhouse, Dirty Belly's, Herbal Jules, and John Balliann. Last but not least, we must feel thankful to our college - Segi University College provide us with official venue for the LOL Uni Talk enables us to join this wonderful event.

Inspiring people is not just: Hey people, just do it!! I must say, Jacklyn Victor and Nazrudin Rahman did very well speaking during the event that not just ask you to do something, but to tell you: "People, i was youngster too and i been through what you are being through now." They did share with us the experience of life and what they been gone through that could make what are they today. Living with passion is the things, life without a dream is life without direction.

As a mass communication student, we need to know how is the industry in real world. FlyFm is giving us the opportunity to know more about the world of radio. Our speaker includes Hunny Madu, Prem Shanker, Fara Aida, and Vickneswaran Kajinran sharing the real time working experience behind the scene. It is really an interesting session as even though we are not yet in the industry but at least we are having a though on how the industry's work like.

What will come to your mind when we mention Harith Iskandar? An Inspiring Icon. 

The most impressive moment is with Harith Iskandar, who is the genius of comedian. His job is to make people laugh. Not just laugh, he did inspiring us with his story. Being a comedian is not as easy as you thought, people who born with the talent of making people laugh and at the same time, he gain our respect as Malaysian's premier stand-up comedian. 

Overall, it is a great show went on during the event, giving us with the knowledge that we could not learn from the books. I am expecting the next great event in SEGI College.
